Commissioning and start up for RO (Reverse Osmosis) plant inside (SADARA), and performing I/O loop checks, PLC/DCS signal tracing further more, transmitter calibrations and troubleshooting (HART & non-HART), wiring and tracing including conductivity and PH analyzers calibration.
I also was a part of developing Operating and job aid procedures for Tank Farm process and Testing facilities in addition, operate Tank Farm and Testing equipment for RO plant.
First work as Mud Logger Collecting the samples of the well and describe it and monitoring the process of drilling and inform the foremen the status for 3 months.
Then start work as ACC Engineer Advance Cutting Characterization, calibration and maintenance ACC equipment such TOC, XRD, and XRF the rest time.
Coop Training with DCS (Distributed Control System) its system to control plant or refinery I mainly installed Centum VP which is the software that we use to control the hardware DCS, I have modified the graphics in some Projects by using PI Plant Information program, I learned main types of loops which are \[Open - Closed - Cascade, and split \], I have Supported PRE-FAT & FAT activities of Some projects, I have got an idea about the ESD System; it’s used for emergency shut-down.
Obtained a Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering, Jubail Industrial College 2013 3.15 out of 4 Instrumentation and control engineering technology (ICET) is responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and/or maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes. (ICET) ensure that these systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently and safely. They usually work for the companies who manufacture and supply the equipment or for the companies who use it, such as nuclear and renewable energy companies and environmental agencies.
