Ensuring that the Governmental, KFMC and Departmental policies and procedures are adhering at all the times.

What has been accomplished during the last period with the work team:
Obtaining the accreditation from the Joint Commission International for the accreditation of health facilities JCI with a rating of more than 95% with regard to the services provided by the support services work team.
Obtaining ISO 22000:2018 for the central kitchen.
Establishing channels to receive feedback and work on solving it.
Nearly 50, 000, 000 million of cooked food contracts have been reduced
- Introducing the Maximo system to organize and measure the services provided.
Installing a vehicle tracking system
_ Activating the service of transporting patients inside the campus of the Medical City through golf cars and linking it to the city’s application to facilitate the use of it by patients.
- Developing the skills of all employees, whether from the operating companies or employees of the Medical City, by setting up specialized and educational courses.
- The installation of a system to track fuel consumption, and the consumption was reduced to approximately 30%.
