DO A PROJECT MANAGER AT ABJ ENGINEERING & CONTRACTING CO.
Role :
* Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish
* Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration
* Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or risks, and implement appropriate solutions
* Manage project resources, including Manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
* Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, milestones, and any deviations from the plan .
• Responsible for implementations of all civil works at site.
• Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the civil work groups at site.
• Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical and mechanical groups.
• Monitors the actual physical works at site.
• Preparing daily and Look ahead reports as site conditions.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all civil groups at site.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards .
Working inside the KNPC refinery, responsibilities :
Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed as per specifications.
Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client.
Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them on the progress .
Day by Day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site requirements and the work of any subcontractors.
Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on Site.
Preparing reports as required.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
Pipe line, pipe rack, pipe sleeper works. ( oil and gas )
Such a Exchangers, transformers, compressors, Vessels, Tanks,
heaters, … etc. . Oil l and Gas
Core drilling inside the substations.
Do all kinds of Trenches ( pipe trench, UG trench, instrumental
trench, .. etc. )
Works on existing foundations inside running plants. (Revamp Areas)
Duct banks, paving works.
Manholes and Valve pits
Do and prepare the work permits.
Precast and civil technical office works .
Setting out, leveling and surveying the site
