Web based application development, in particular : web based workflow design, development and enhancement.
I have created several workflows that HADEED is still using and rely upon on a daily basis, such as : Innovation Management System, Employee Feedback System, Customer Feedback workflow, Management of Change Administration (MOCA) as well as other various workflows.
Each workflow is designed to serve a different purpose, but all have the same basic features: an administration panel, a dedicated inbox view for each level of users, and ability to alter the workflow without changing a single line of code.
I am a web developer in ASP .Net / VB / C# and Oracle 11g and Microsoft SQL server backend. I also develop Oracle Forms and Reports. Part of my duties is to maintain uplink connection between Production Tracking System and End user Interface (Scheduling) using native C and C++ language combined with PL/SQL. My specialty is to design and build Web based Workflow systems, utilizing jQuery, CSS3, and AJAX.
To overlook and manage various application development progress and to involve with the team to achieve best results in terms of user requirements and IT infrastructure policies. That includes: minimize human errors and reduce time taken to prepare and generate reports using macros and SAS language based codes to automate processes.
My main duties include providing technical support to users of the LAN in both, personally and over the phone (helpdesk) and giving detailed instructions on how to solve, install, configure, and fix problems related to users PC and application. An other duty is dealing with branches via remote access software to reduce costs. In case the problem could not be solved on the phone, an electronic ticket is issued and sent to the respective department for propper action. My duty is to issue and follow up tickets, as to confirm with users after tickets has been closed.
Technical Support Engineer, dealing with calls from all over the building, and responding to phone calls (as help desk) and partial network administrator Extensive experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting network connections, network card, user accounts, internet, email, Anti-Virus preotection and many other tasks.
Worked as a part time student in Al-Sarra employment office as a webmaster, to update the site of the office in the internet, and to maintaine and troubleshoot the small network of the office. Install and upgrade operating system, take backup of the database of the applicants, also to configure internet sharing among the pcs of theoffice, and protect against viruses.
Main task, updating the website for new vacancies, and wanted jobs.
Part time job as a student, helping faculty members and employees using their emails, internet accounts, installing and configuring network cards, harddisk, CD-ROMs, printers, troubleshooting drivers for unknown devices to Windows operating system, dealing with Norton Antivirus corporate edition and 2002, and formatting and re-installing Windows XP/98/ME/2000/NT
