Responsible for architectural design, finishing works, project management, and site work including implementing the construction work on site, managing sites, and supervision, overseeing quality control, health and safety matters, liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce, acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors and craftspeople, revising shop drawings, site reports and as-built drawings for the project.

- Starting with Schematic Design, going through Design Development, and finishing up with Tender Drawings.
- Coordinating with all Engineering Disciplines, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing to produce a solid yet well-coordinated BIM Model.
