"OJ was a fine supervisor, who got along with everyone and brought a level of expertise to his supervisor duties. He was always prompt and stayed late when asked to do so. He was perfect for us during the start up because he understood the Saudi way and also the western way of doing things, he helped us get things going. He was invaluable when dealing with security and helped us in this area. We will miss him and in the future if the need arose we would consider him for rehire. He was a valued employee. We wish him the best! He has an excellent command of the English language. He will be missed."

As Safety Director dans Savage Services

"I worked with OJ on the start up of an operation in the KSA. During the time I worked with OJ he showed great drive and willingness to get the job done. He is a take charge type of person who doesn't wait for things to happen. As a visitor to his country I also found him to be very courteous and kind making my visits there very enjoyable. OJ is also a quick learner who grasps concepts quickly. I would be pleased to work with OJ again and would recommend him for a supervisory position without hesitation."
