To coordinate and participate with the project management team in the development and implementation of HSE Management Systems and through line management to achieve the HSE goals and objective of the company.
Participate in a regular Internal Training & Tool-Box Talks.
Participate in the HSE Section Group meetings and provide appropriate advice for better & effective safety processes.
Review all potential incidents, near misses and evaluating immediate causes and measures to be taken to avoid future occurrences.
Monitoring the correct use, updated inspection records, proper maintenance of all machinery equipment in the project site report and recommendation prepared.
Ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency.
To ensure suitable and sufficient Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is issued to employees by the Contractors, Sub- Contractors and ensure compliance.
Ensure waste generated materials create minimum hazard to the environment.
Preparing Risk Assessment for all the approved method statement in the project which is within the scope of the main contractor.
Performing other task being instructed by HSE Manager with fulfilling support.
Set a high example of Health and Safety all the times.
Unsafe conditions and unsafe acts are to be reported immediately. Raised near miss/ incident reports when highlighted.
Preparation and submission of weekly/ monthly reports and keeping the records up to date.
