company works in renting G-sets for containers which is responsible to generates electricity for reefer containers.
- responsible for supply our five G-sets yards with gas and maintains.
-responsible for all workers in locations for them attendance and job tasks.
-in such dangerous situations and accidents I'm a decision maker.
-receiving booking from ship lines and handling the operation of loading/ offloading G-sets on vehicles.
-tracing G-sets over land transportation from ports to yards and in return.
Position responsibilities:-
Passengers services
VIP services - collecting excess baggage - special services for handicapped and unaccompanied minors.
Check-in procedures (work on different systems SITA - Local DCS - Amadeus Altai - Codico - fly Dubai Macs system)
Lost and found
Tracing baggage - collecting baggage details according to IATA codes - do reports after each arrival of aircraft - collection those details in a daily form which is updated includes all details about passenger and baggage details.
Gate supervisor
make sure that gate on boarding card same as the actual gate - passengers are near to gate so when starting boarding we save time - do all the necessary tasks to open gate on time with immigration coordinates - do the profiling and make sure all passengers on the corrected airline with the corrected distention - finish all the requested papers for crew and aircraft before boarding control - boarding control - other each airline procedure
Ramp supervisor
Supervising all ramp activities as;
Cabin Cleaning.
Crew Transport.
Marshaling.
Toilet and Water services.
Unit Load Device Control (ULD).
GPU, ASU, Push Back, Towing and Motorized Passenger Steps.
Loading and Unloading of Aircraft including Cargo.
Catering.
Load controller (work on different types of aircrafts A320 XY - A320 G9/E5 - E190 XY) manual and on SITA system
I do work over three different airlines (Air Arabia - Nas Airline - Fly Dubai) and well known with each airline AHM
1.To make sure that bay plan, voyage plan, cargo list & TDR are correct.
2.Sending and receiving mails from customers, agents of ships lines and ports.
3.Plan handling goods and making sure of right positions at ship bays.
4.Sending a day vessel position to the UFS (United Feeder Services).
-General coordinator between purchasing section and my sales men stuff.
-geographic planner for each of my sales men working places.
-leader and in-responsible of all stuff.
-General manger of the coffee
-all PC's system i do it myself as Antivirus and windows.
-accounting PC's timers by myself.
-repair outside customers PC's ( software - Hardware ).
-contact with Shops.

-describe to them our company work as we do advertisement for them shops on our serial monthly book in exchange for sale to whom carry the AlexPlus card.
-each of shop owners pay for the advertisement packet he/she ask for.
