• Acting as HRIS division manager.
• Review SAP HR authorities and check roles connectivity to HR functionalities.
• HR project managements based on needs of sectors as SAP or non SAP applications
• Work with business requirements to move for E-processes.
• Coordinate with HR sectors for gathering data and determine the priority of projects.
• Define solution system based on requirements and analysis decisions.
Responsible for creating and maintaining security roles and profiles, maintaining access and authorization concepts and ensuring roles provide necessary authorization to perform tasks while maintaining secure environments. Also, Designs, implements, transports and maintains SAP roles in all systems including modules in SAP ECC6 (FI/CO, HCM, MM, PS), BI/BW and SAP Solution Manager
Worked with the Saudi Aramco Company in the as a Help Desk Analyst with a contractor with Mena Businesses Services Company in Khobar. I have worked on the system that aramco applies through the remedy system which provide the professional solutions to the users. However, The responsibilities for the remedy team support are :
• Identify diagnose and resolve level one problems.
• Supporting voice, data, video and other networking services for Saudi Aramco operations.
• Provide support for user authentication and application problems.
• Assists in the configuration of user desktop hardware, software and peripherals.
• Utilize the minimum time to report and resolve user incident or inquiry.
• Escalate users request to second level support if it was not solvable within the appropriate timeframe.
• Respond to users complains and concerns.
• Insure user’s Information is protected.
• Act as the focal point for any major IT incidents.
