Social Media Networks Management:
The administeration the company’s social media marketing and advertising. Administration includes but is not limited to:
Deliberate planning and goal setting
Development of brand awareness and online reputation
Content management
SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
Cultivation of leads and sales
Managing the company’s content-related assets.
Content Management:
The management of written and digital content throughout its lifecycle; working primarily and closely with sales, product, marketing, and customer service departments, and ensuring accuracy, authenticity, and credibility in all published content. All-in-all, his role is to expedite corporate growth by utilizing a variety of sources in the business.
• Duties/Responsibilities:
o Inter-departmental
- Interact and consult with middle and senior management on latest business tendencies and give feedbacks to empower corporate content techniques.
- Direct relationship with online/offline sales, marketing, and customer service center, providing and supplying them with pertinent informational content in matching agreeable applicable modules.
- Deliver relevant content to marketing department for utilization in social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc…)
- Provide department heads and branch managers with updated tourism background and enlighten them with newly-discovered attractions.
- Monitor yearly calendar and determine high and low seasons to streamline suitable content to be used in multiple practices.
- Participate in corporate campaigning / presentations where informative knowledge is a necessity to increase sales revenues done through firm tourism background.
- Present a trajectory vision towards the pathway of content in parallel with existing market trends.
o Content Team Management:
- Develop best practices for content team.
- Develop creative content strategy.
- Work across departments to communicate content needs and ensure assets are being gathered in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Check all content for consistency, accuracy, and overall quality assurance.
- Train members of content team to use best practices for editing and publishing content - proofreading, performing QA checks across multiple platforms and devices, etc.
- Evaluate content members on periodic basis and keep track of their work.
- Receive and review weekly progress reports from content team to ensure data and work flow are accurate & smooth.
- Prove the ability to meet or exceed deadlines and manage and prioritize a high volume of projects simultaneously
- Guarantee all team members are serving the company in the best-fit, most professional fashion.
- Pinpoint cheer, team-spirit, and enthusiasm among team members and always preserve a transparent work atmosphere.
- Observe and scale team performance and frequent record data into KPIs platforms.
- Administer team meetings, presentations, experiences, and open discussions where topics and ideas are exchanged.
- Demonstrate creative ways of entertainment among team members to exceed expectations in outcomes and results.
