Roads and infrastructure works
Responsibilities:
• Review the project contract documents, shop drawing, material submittals and methods of statement.
• Provide full-time, on site supervision for the construction process to ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented.
• Ensure that the requirements of the construction contract are followed.
• Ensure the engineering methods are implemented.
• Ensure that the safety plan is implemented at site.
• Ensure that the quality plan is implemented at site
• Manage construction staff.
• Evaluate, select and adapt construction management and control techniques, procedures to manage the project.
• Monitor progress of construction against the programme and take actions to avoid delay.
• Do the necessary contractual correspondences.
• Analyse the risks and manage them by avoiding or minimize their effects on the project.
• Use effective project management and control systems to regularly report the progress to the Client.
• Ensure the project completion on time, within budget and with high quality.
Infrastructure deep utilities
Responsibilities:
• Planning the work assigned to me within project period, monitor daily, weekly and monthly progress to assure the achievement of planned works, otherwise do the necessities to mitigate the delay.
• Review Project Document such as contract terms and conditions, contract drawing and specification.
• Prepare Method of Statement and Material submittals based on project specifications and standards.
• Managing project staff to prepare project quality plan and assure implementation at site in order to meet with company goals, vision and mission.
• Managing staff to prepare project safety plan and assure implementation at site to facilitate all workmanship with safe working environments.
• Managing site staff to do site survey to assure the workability of design, otherwise collect the data of any obstruction, discuss with consultant and propose solutions.
• Prepare shop drawing based on design and site situations and assure copies distributed to site staff.
• Liaise with consultant and client in daily bases to explain project status and resolve problems in due time to avoid any possible delay.
• Assign and distribute the manpower and machinery for each activity to assure the maximum achievement.
• Place an order to procurer the required and approved materials along with delivery schedule to assure the availability at site in due time.
• Attend Weekly and monthly Progress Meeting with client and consultant to present project production status.
• Report to higher management the daily, weekly and monthly productivity against the construction program.
