• IBM AS400 Operator and Administration Skills
• Running AS400 End of Day Cycles for six countries (UAE-Bahrain, Qatar, Yemen, Singapore and China )
• Application support such as Open2, SMS, Finnone.
• Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
• Symantec NetBackup operations and Administration tasks.
• Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.

• Handling and monitoring backup for all systems working inside the Data Center (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly).and plans.
• Managing CCTV, Bio Star Access Control, Alarms, structured cabling for data Center.
