• Stakeholders focus and Leverages a deep understanding of audit and risk advisory services
and stakeholder needs to deliver high quality engagements.
• Deep knowledge of business combinations (merger, acquisition, equity curve out, spinning
out) horizontal, diagonal and vertical combination.
• Having knowledge of relevant accounting standards applicable to the entity.
• Integrate engagement teams and manage referred work.
• Supervision, communication and review work performed by component auditors to
determine appropriate identification and response to assessed risks of material
misstatement to the group financial statements.
• Make appropriate use of tools, guidance and methodology. Delivery of high quality audits
via a number of enablers.
• Manage teams on engagement deliverables (such as financial statements, work papers,
etc.); complete technical and strategic reviews as a member of the final engagement
review team to ensure quality control standards are met
• Manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as
necessary demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all
levels of organization, both internally and externally.
• Manage, supervise, train and lead the staff through counsel, guidance and coaching.
Evaluate performance and participate in individual's performance appraisal process
• Manage engagements and projects in order to achieve specific revenue and profit
objectives and deliver designated engagement realization through the management of the
client's budget, invoicing for time incurred and collecting fees billed
