Description of Duties (Asset Estimation Engineer):
- Estimating Maintenance & Capital Cost for Tender.
- Provide Alternative Cost Reduction on Tender Proposal.
- Reforecast regular maintenance and capital expenditure budget.
Description of Duties (Asset Admin Spv - concurrent):
- Liaising with other dept for all related Asset Administration.
- Maintain complete data & supervise new asset purchase.
- Monitor budget usage.

- Lead Reliability Engineering, Cost Reduction and Product Improvement Program.
- Supervise Condition Monitoring and transfer process to ERP (Ellipse).
- Develop and implement new maintenance optimization system to support maintenance operation.
- Lead and negotiate major warranty claim process.

- Responsible for overhaul planning & scheduling .
- Responsible for overhaul implementation.
- Develop overhaul database query & optimization.
- Provide technical data and involving in failure analysis for component failure and equipment investigation
Description of Duties :
- Pipeline Risk Assessment with respect to severity matrix considerations (on project Pipeline Repair Analysis, BP, Sep-Oct 2007).
- Quantitative analysis with the objective of finding out the value of maximum allowable pipeline span
(on project Freespanning Analysis, Conoco Phillips Indonesia, Nov 2007-Feb 2008).
- Analysis of mechanical integrity aspect (on project Well Integrity Analysis, BP, Feb-May 2008).
Final Project “ Freespanning Analysis For Subsea Pipeline” Advisor : Dr Ir. IGN Wiratmaja Puja. Summary : Span is unsupported section of pipe. Freespan must be kept in allowable limit in order to prevent failures such as crack, fracture, and concrete lost. The purpose of this final project is to determine dynamic span length based on DNV RP F105 and Offshore Pipelines (Buyon Guo), static span length (ASME B31.8), and nonlinear span length using finite element modeling.
