Supervise the motor underwriting team, ensuring the relevant motor underwriting
technical standards and controls.
Maintains internal and external service level efficiency through accurate & fast delivery
of documents required by clients as well as ensured smooth operational workflow within
the department by delegating the work appropriately.
Provides informal motor underwriting training to new employees.
