• Coordinating with sales & customer services teams with regards to customer requests for new filter products, and with suppliers regarding feasibility and costs for new materials and components.

• Configuring and creating new submittal drawings, bills of material, routings, and costs.

• Assisting and collaborating Research & Development team regarding the development & production transition of new filter products.

• Providing production support to manufacturers regarding new filter products in existing production cells, and performing production time studies in order to adjust & implement the proper production process and precise labor routings.

• Establishing assemble prototype products for manufacturing feasibility and testing purposes.

• Gathering requirements, suggesting new ideas and preparing project proposals / technical specifications for smooth execution of projects within time & cost parameters.

• Participating in project review meetings right from SOR level for tracking project progress & cost, identifying modification & their techno-commercial study & review.

• Planning detailed engineering activities and finalizing requirements/specifications in consultation with engineering and production departments.

• Researching, developing, testing and implementing helpful programs to automate redundant tasks along with implementing measures to reduce the time of development.

• Evaluating the design decisions on their impact on performance, ensuring design optimization and providing performance insights in the development process and assisting the engineering teams to manage risk and understand the performance implications of the designs.

• Managing overall operations for improvement of existing products with thrust on reducing product cost and based on market trends/requirements.
