Responsible to coordinate the community health programme, using social
behaviour change communication (SBCC) to promote healthy behaviour
change with individuals, families and communities, to identify vulnerable
syrian refugees who require cash for health and to liaise with health facilities
related to the project.
Key responsibilities
• Reponsible for community sensitization and mobilization regarding
reproductive health, general health prevention, psycosocial support.
• Selection and training of community health volunteers in close
consultation with project manager.
• Provide medical technical support for the project team

Responsible for performing all activities in the mobile clinic in close collaboration with the Health project staff, provides professional effort following established standards and practices.
Key Accomplishments
• Represent the organization in the presence of donors, government in all levels especially the ministry of Health, other INGOs, local NGOs/CBOs, partners and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that project activity are implemented in high quality according to organization policies and procedures and participate in the development IR Jordan country strategy containing both operational and advocacy elements.
• Supervise 12 project staff such as Medical doctors, nurses, officers, and assistants. Participate in the recruitment staff and contribute to their capacity buildings
• Implement primary health care activities (including patient receive, history and physical examination, diagnosis, prescription and counseling) in identified locations through Mobile clinic with the PHC Nurse, and Project team.

The internship consists of twelve consecutive months that covers a large
spectrum of medical specialties. It includes internal medicine and surgery;
three months per rotation, pediatrics and obstetrics, and gynecology; two
months per rotation. The remaining two months was divided between
emergency medicine and an elective course.
Key Accomplishments
• Performed clinical rotations in departments of Internal Medicine,
Surgery, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Gynecology.
• Gained exposure to different medical specialties through rotation work
of different departments.
• Assisted and shadowed practicing physicians to gain knowledge and
learning extensive surgical procedures.
Volunteer Work
Palestine’s Children relief fund
PCRF is a registered non-profit organization that helps in addressing
medical and humanitarian aid for children in Palestine and the Middle East.
The main objective of the PCRF is to locate in the U.S. free medical care
for children who cannot be adequately treated in the Middle East. The
PCRF is the main organization regularly sending injured and sick Arab
children to the U.S. and Europe for free care that is not available to them
there.
Key Accomplishments
• Participated in 8 medical missions as an assistant physician with local and
international doctors in Jordan, West Bank, and Gaza strip.
• Assisted social workers by locating, visiting and arranging doctor
appointments for sick children from locals and Syrian refugees as a Patients
affairs coordinator.
• Provided support in writing project plans and proposals for Jordan team
Princes Basma hospital. Irbid, Jordan
Key Accomplishment
• Volunteered in the Emergency Unit - Helping in basic tasks, such as: taking
patient history, performing Physical examination and basic surgical tasks.
