Responsible for various business and technical activities that ultimately support and contribute to the corporate HR strategy and daily operations. This entails playing two key roles as Personnel Systems Coordination & Communication Officer i.e. ensure IT projects are fully aligned with evolving business needs aiming to streamline processes and provide quality services as well as prepare and execute relevant change management and roll-out plans.

Started working as a freelancer under the name of TawQee3 ever since I learned the basic skills of graphics design using Adobe Photoshop 5. Continued imroving my skills and learning new ones such as web design and branding.

- More than Three years of environmental design-related experience with consistently increasing responsibilities in advertising department supervision, on the Rover Troops aka Al-Jawwala Club & Orientation Year Club at KFUPM.
- Tasjelat Al-Salaf: Designed some cassettes' covers and conducted one-on-one personal training sessions for a temp employee.
- Summer Program for Gifted Students in KFUPM: Designed a web site for the program in addition to a lot of various other designs like the program booklet, gift copuns & a framed souvenir.
- Information Technology Center (ITC) at KFUPM: Designed a web site for a project called “iClinic” that aimed to transfer all the paper works at the KFUPM clinic to a web-based application ones.
- System & Computer eng. Club: Delivered a training course on Adobe Photoshop for a group of interested students.
- Eng. Emad Al-Juraifani: Designed a complete campaign for an eastern municipal election candidate. Campaign included a personal web site, a business card, banners, gifts & a cassette cover.
- Inma Kingdom Training & Development Center: Designed & developed a training courses web site for the company where visitors can browse through scheduled courses & apply online. Also, coordinated programming a back office system for adding, deleting & editing courses in addition to alot more functionalities.
- The Arabian Society for Human Resource Management (ASHRM): Designed & developed a club membership management web site as well as a major conference web site. Succeffuly implemented an ePAy system to accept online Credit Card payments for their services.
