- Coordinate with Assistant Manager for staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely, organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
- Provide assistance to AM on staff recruitment and prepare advertisements for vacant staff positions.
- Schedule and organize interviews, conduct reference checks on possible candidates and conduct exit interviews.
- Facilitate AM for writing job descriptions for lower and middle management level positions.
- Coordinate and facilitate AM in short listing candidates for higher management level positions.
- Assist AM in organizing staff training sessions, workshops and other related activities.

- Review job descriptions and understand the needs of the hiring manager through basic interactions with hiring managers
- Devised multiple questionnaires with the help of my manager which helped us in identifying the right candidate(s)
- Sourcing and uncovering candidates by researching through all possible sources; online and offline
- Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description
- Meeting candidates in person, telephone etc to assess their behavior and attitude which eventually helps hiring managers in shortlisting at their end.
- Following up with candidates and hiring managers as this help in building confidence of both candidate and hiring manager in our efforts
- Analyzing and scrutinizing the list of candidates against the JDs and only forwarding the shortlisted/right candidates to hiring managers/organizations.

- Analyze leave entitlement policy and prepared final settlements for employees.
- Participated in Annual Increment negotiations with CBA especially for workers.
- Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to understand in-process competitive compensation plan.
- Evaluate statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
