o Implement New Escalation Procedure for NOC team: define clear escalation procedure which help to reduce the time of solving incidents and helped in tracking the problems.
o Define Datacenter Access Procedure: how to monitor datacenter components, how to get approvals to access it, and how to work inside the datacenter all explained in this new procedure.
o Impalement and Enhance Monitoring tools to cover all the Systems

Key Responsibilities
o Manage the team responsible for monitoring core applications that server the emergency services across country and maintain the availability and healthiness of datacenter elements.
Projects and initiatives
o Architect, design and implement New DR Site.
o Architect, design and implement Application Publishing using RDS 2012 R2.
o Virtualizing Core Applications Servers.
o Architect and design virtual environment (VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix XenApp).
o Introduce Boot from SAN technology, the RTO is reduced by 70% during failover to DR site.
o Design and Create New Group Policies for Users and Computer.
o Install and manage policies for Antivirus and device control.
o Adopting and implementing of EMC VNX5300, and RecoverPoint which make RPO near to Zero.
o Implementation of Microsoft infrastructure (Windows Server, DNS, Domain Controllers, Certificate Server, System Center Suite, and KMS).
o Implementation of VMware Products (Site Recovery Manager, vRealize Operation Manager).

o Participate in collecting requirements, and design for Upgrading CCTV Storage and Cameras according to new requirements defined by Qatar MOI.

o Administration of EMC Networker to backup all production banking applications and systems.
Projects and initiatives
o Architect and design Virtualization of all Bank branches server: Leads to reduce in maintenance work in branches and save in hardware, power and space cost.
o Initiative for virtualization of End Users Desktops.
o Applying PCI best practice by applying the changes to environment.
o Adding all ATMs to domain to centralize management and enhance security.
o Build New DR Site and migrate existing site, which comply with Central Bank Requirements and increase RTO and decrease RPO.
o Implementation of new Call center Voice System, which improved customer support satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
o Administrating Microsoft infrastructure (Windows Server, DNS, Domain Controllers, Certificate Server, System Center Suite, Exchange, and KMS).
o Administration of HP Blade and Rack mount servers.
o Administration of Blackberry Server.
Key Responsibilities
o To generate various banking reports and statements.
o Take a backup of data as specified.
o To perform all the day end / month end quarter end / half year-end activities as provided by the system.
o Monitor Banking Systems, Server, Networks, Storage.
o Monitoring ATMs.
