Responsibilities:
Handling & responsible for Subcontracts work for part of company projects as assigned by Direct Head.
Technical evaluation of the offers received from subcontractors and checking compliance with Contract Specifications.
Prepare price comparison statements for all required works & following internal approval cycle.
Final Negotiation to ensure working according to & within the purchasing budget, and review supplier’s conditions & payment terms.
Issuance of Subcontracts Agreements complying with conditions agreed with Subcontractors, according to Company Standard Forms.
Preparing the variation orders for Subcontractors according to work requirements.
Registering, Prequalifying and selecting subcontractors & suppliers.
Monitoring all active agreements and Supervising of Subcontractors productivity & performance comparing to project requirements.
Monitoring the work progress of the assigned projects, in/out correspondence between Co./Client and Co./Subcontractors, and prepare/review the Contractual point of view Or as directed by the management.

Responsibilities:
Leading the Company Procurement & Contracts Team, whose handling & responsible for Procurement & Contracts work for all company projects (materials & subcontractors).
