• Study the project requirements and select the suitable material based on the project’s
specifications and budget.
• Responsible for material planning, coordinating and finalizing the process of buying the
correct material as per the site requirements and progress.
• Coordinate with design and engineering team to reflect the selected material in the related
drawings and calculations.
• Prepare, arrange, and study the related material submittals prior submitting to the client, and
follow up till getting the approval.

• Monitor project purchasing while coordinating with the engineering manager for drawings, engineering, & material selection.
• Select, approve, & supply of material suitable & essential for company’s projects.
• Manage & gain the most cost-effective deals, find the most profitable suppliers, & discover the best ways to minimize procurement expenses in the company.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the most advantageous delivery & terms.
• Compare and finalize offers from suppliers.
• Finalize and approve all details of orders, deliveries, & final discounts.
• Prepare weekly project progress report to the management.
• Ensure the project progress is monitored in accordance with the client’s contractual program.
• Ensure that the work is in line with the specifications, procurement, approved shop drawings & complete the work in the best possible way.
• Ensure that all deliveries & payments have been done as planned & agreed.
• Maintain complete updated purchasing records, data & pricing documents for the complete process in proper way for easy & quick reference.
• Create & maintain working relationships with suppliers & clients, who are committed to producing good quality service at competitive prices.
• Provide comprehensive advice & technical assistance by assisting other departments & team members in identifying innovative solutions.
• Participate in the departmental planning in terms of material deliveries & expectations for each project.
• Coordinate with engineers & related suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned to finalize their design accordingly.

• Arranging electrical power layouts along with shop-drawings.
• Supervising and leading engineers with design process.
• Checking the pre-final layouts before submittal.
• Supervising final production for layouts

• Designing all required layouts along with shop-drawings.
• Reporting for the electrical manager department with updated events at sites.
• Arranging management daily reports reflecting activities at different sites.
• Distribute electrical activities as per time schedule.
• Performing site visits along with site meetings discussing electrical activity progress.
• Co-ordinating between sites achieving arrangement work.

• Carry out all nessary calculation needed for Electrical S/S grounding, in addition to small power system calculation.
• Designing all required layouts for electrical S/S grounding, in addition to small power system layouts, and load schedules.
• Preparing all drawings and required design for electrical S/S grounding, in addition to small power system, and submit it to the client for approval.
• Co-ordinating with the site manager for applying the design, and keeping a good link with the site.
• Visiting sites to follow up executed tasks.
• Following up any problems at site concerns currying out the design, and trying to solve it, and finding the alternative.
• Preparing inquiries from suppliers, submitting samples for approval to the client, and placing a purchase order for the approved materials.
• Supplying materials to the site as planed.

• Carry out quality control duties at the following factories :
• Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, Plastic Thermoforming, Plastic Injection, Sheet Forming, Gas Stove, Radiant Stove, Powder Coating, & Painting Factories.
• Supervising manufacturing line in addition to L.Q.C. tasks.
• Carry out Q.C. testing procedures for products.
• Prepare daily reports for management.
• Applying Out Going Room tests for random samples of product.
• Perform routine office duties.
• Maintain defected items on production line.
• Assist production manager in day to day activities of production department.
• Feeding back Customer’s Service Department reports.

• Supervising swimming pools installation field.
