Delivery, training of operators, maintenance of mobile and crawler cranes and troubleshooting of errors. As a result of the above follows the repair and recommendation of spare part replacement until final remedy of the problem and delivery to the costumer ensuring his satisfaction. Coordination within service departement as well as providing support to spare parts departement and recieving cumbersome costumer-cliams requires a strong personality and great deal of patience, empathy and willingness to help others.

Diagnosing related to the entire system of a crane composed of mechanical, hydraulic and electronic components. Engine and drive-train maintenance and repair. Understanding the client compliant and description of the problem to pin point the problem and provide competent solution. Continuous trainings at The training center of Liebherr Werk Ehingen.
A training program at the premises of Liebherr Works in Ehingen, Germany, with the objective of becoming a field service engineer. The training covered the entire technology implemented in Liebherr Mobile and Crawler Cranes composed of mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems. Costumer-oriented understanding of the compliant and maintaining good communication to best-represent Liebherr after sales service was emphasized during the training
Procurement and Warehouse Management. Tasks are variant, mainly including the search and follow up of the spare and maintenance parts. To do this, the warehouse is kept up to date and linked to a warehouse management system, and external purchase orders are issued depending on the need and demand on the specific parts. Following up with the goods being transferred from the land of origin until they are settled in their locations in the company’s warehouse while keeping the system up to date along these activities.
Technical Service Advisor & Receptionist for costumer’s vehicles. Starting by receiving costumer complaint, issuing job card and troubleshooting the errors and malfunctions in cooperation with technicians until finally testing the vehicle ensuring problem is solved and job card is closed.

6 months Internship at one of the world’s largest suppliers for automotive industry, producing engine management systems, air conditioning systems, driver assistant systems…etc.
My internship was in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) division. My tasks are listed following:
• Support for test engineers
• Setup of the vehicles with measurement hardware.
• assist with the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of measuring processes.
• Development of measurement schematics (using DIAdem Measurement Software).
• Support in the prototype workshop.
2- Etefaq for Mechatronic Systems
A local jordanian company specialized in the field of design, creation and developing mechatronic systems for various industries. This include electric control panels, converters, PCB’s, LED screens and complete manufacturing units.
Master Graduation Project: Designing, developing and building of an energy control module (Electronic Hardware Design and Software Programming) with multiple CAN-Bus-Gateways to manage the High-voltage Energy of an electric bus with an automated pantograph current collector
Studied Mechatronics Engineering at the German Jordanian University while learning the German language along the studies in order to make an internship in Germany at the end of the study. Studying program was densely supported with practical activities and real-world related problems. Beside a very stron technical curriculum, the bachelor program was supported with a number of non-technical subjects aiming to develop personality such as Soft-skills and Intercultural Communication as well as the expierence gained at the German courses with lecturers from Germany and other countries around the world. Main milestones along the studying were the following: Graduation Project: Intelligent Ground Vehicle “JoCar”. Building a small vehicle (robot) that can navigate on ground using GPS way-points and detect it's path autonomously with no human interference.
