• Catering to a wide range of products and services based on client specifications, maintaining a robust client portfolio and offering them novel product options and services facilitated by astute product savvy.
• Instigating cross-selling initiatives for financial and investment products to present and potential customers in accordance with annual growth and revenue targets.
• Assimilating a prospect base of potential customers by searching the target markets and envisaging strategies to boost prospect business conversion.
• Performing financial, product and operational risk analysis as required and resolving operational bottlenecks that may arise in the course of operations.
• Monitoring bank office interface with customers and reporting any discrepancies in performance fully complying with all statutory and organizational regulations.
