Direct and manage a portfolio of green field project to establish food industrial city in Iraq capital Baghdad, the city
includes Dairy, Bakery, Noodles & Pasta factories as well as 13, 000m² hospital.

Direct overseeing of the following departments: CM, quality control, engineering, planning, procurement, HSE, DC,
technical & site activities for the execution of a portfolio of mega projects which is fully donated from UAE government to
Kingdom of Jordan with multiple scattered sites consists of (military training city including sport center, food center, clinic,
theater, library, 1034 residential apartments, 12 military schools, masjid, mini market, fuel station, all utilities including
boilers, compressors, power station, etc.

International Assignee to JTI Khartoum to direct and Manage multimillion USD CAPEX project to renovate 25, 000m²
existing (FMCG) manufacturing facilities, works included demolishing parts of the building and reinforcing other parts to
bring them up to international standards of food factories and construct new 30, 000m² administration and warehouses
buildings in Khartoum- Sudan.
Achievements:  Provided technical counsel after mergers and acquisitions regarding existing factories conditions cost benefit
analysis that were critical factor in setting the right budget for investment in this location.
 Initiated & led the process of importing international design and construction companies due to lack of local qualified
companies results in achieving stakeholders expected time, quality and budget.
 Directed the negotiation of contracts that saved the company $3 million.
 Developed & introduced new payment method that prevented the company from legal escalation.
 Successfully managed, reported & coordinated between stakeholders, design company, contractors and local
government results in completing the project at budget, time & quality in a challenging location under international
sanction, lack of hard currency, lack of skilled labors, zero human lost time injuries and keeping production without
interruption results in preventing a production loss of $5 million and increasing production volumes $2 million.

Based in Trier, Germany office, worked as project management officer (PMO) liaising all JTI global construction and
development projects, providing support, control and direct management as required:
Achievements:  Provided technical counsel regarding all global construction projects time and cost benefit analysis that were critical
factor in preparing feasibility studies and business cases results in reducing stakeholders and top management
reviewing time.
 Followed up closely the progress of construction works with global projects management teams resulted in meeting
projects targeted budgets, time & cash flow plans and prevented the company from close to $2 million banks
interest.
 Developed a new building & utilities guideline system, created engineering service center and implemented online
share folders that improved timeliness, building standardization and compliance.

Managed a green field CAPEX project multimillion USD to build 30, 000m² FMCG manufacturing factory based on
international food categorized industry (Tobacco factory) in Amman-Jordan:
Achievements:  Led the project through a comprehensive value engineering and construction work redesign, effort that resulted in
overcome an overrun in machinery budget by $5.75 million.
 Decided to install and run production machines in parallel with construction works resulted in bringing the company
extra profit $0.5 million.
 Utilized and planed the relocation of utilities from old to new factory, results in saving $0.3million.

Worked under the main construction contractor as projects manager managing different projects across GCC, USA and
middle east such as Arena Ice rinks, Qassem Cement Factory, Coordinating between international projects Sugar Mountain
in West Virginia, USA- LEE Mall, Saudi Arabia, Star City-Saudi Arabia, Villagio Mall-Doha, Ice Planet-Kuwait, and Snow
Dome-Dubai, Planet Ice chillier maintenance in Johnstown- USA, Savoy Resort - Sharm Alshikh-egypt.
