renovate 25, 000m² existing (FMCG) manufacturing facilities, works included demolishing
parts of the building and reinforcing other parts to bring them up to international standards
of food factories and construct new 30, 000m² administration and warehouses buildings in
Khartoum- Sudan:
- Business case preparation support showing the organizational business objectives
and providing 2 options studies of having a green field or brown field CAPEX
investments.
- Project charter preparation, communication and approval follow up from EXCOM &
board of directors.
- Project management plan preparation including detailed project descriptions, full plans
for building renovation, existing production machines and utilities relocations, shop
floor operation while construction works, full and intensive safety plans & processors,
and final approval on the initial plan from project sponsor.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in
collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and effectively communicate project expectations to
team members and stakeholders.
- Estimate the resources and manpower needed to achieve the project goals.

awarding design and supervision company EPCM contractor.
