• Strategic sourcing via trade publication, the Internet, catalogues, local markets and trade shows to identify potential suppliers.

• Implement the ERP oracle solution as the procurement process owner.
• Ensuring that all goods and services purchased comply with the company’s social sustainability policies.
• Approving bills of payment.
• Monitoring returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims.
Review the project technical specification, quantities and drawings to insure that the RFQ, comparisons and contracts are in line with the actual
requirements.
Review the supplier’s submittals and the compliance statement to be sure that it is in line with the specification and agreed offer.
Meet the consultant/client to get the approval for the main systems.
Finalize details of the RFQ’s, comparisons, purchase orders and deliveries.
Discover the most profitable suppliers.
Negotiate with suppliers and external vendors to
secure the most advantageous terms.
Review and monitoring the project budget during the negotiation with the subcontractors, and prepare the budget uplift application if required.
Follow up with cost control to achieve the best
solutions.
Coordinate with the finance team regarding the
payment terms in the contract and follow up with
them for the critical payments.
Process the supplier’s invoices after getting the
confirmations from site for the deliveries and
services.
Contact the supplier’s management in case of delay in any delivery or service to find proper solution.
Developing the contracts for all procured services,
materials or equipment.
Develop a better purchasing strategy.
Furthermore procurement management works I am responsible about logistics, fixed assets, stores and custom clearance.

I was acting MEP site procurement manager in
holy Makkah- Jabal Omar Development Project.
Prepare design review study for the lighting system
in the podium and mall area, to avoid purchasing any
wrong materials.
Prepare a new design with supplier support for the
active components systems to achieve the operator
requirements.
Find the contradictions in the contract/specification
which will help in the negotiation with the client.
Arrange technical meetings between the client,
operator, consultant and our subcontractors to settle
any technical pending issues.
Attend the FAT in the factories and site.
Review the submittals before the official submission
to avoid any delay in approval process.
My work includes design review, RFQ, negotiations,
compare the offers, following up the approval,
preparing the PO’s and contracts, Budget
adjustment, following up the deliveries.
Monitor the budget for each and every system and
contact the estimation team to get explanations in
case the budget was very low.
Coordinate with the cost control team and prepare
the budget uplift if required.
This project contains four tours and two podiums
with total built up area 635, 000 sqm.
The project will consist of three hotels, one shopping
mall and a structural parking.
I was coordinating with suppliers, client, main
contractor, consultant, management, CCD, planning
team, ID and operator.
Reporting to the procurement manager.
I was responsible about the design review, materials
submission, RFQ, price negotiations, materials
approval and deliveries.
I was coordinating with the designer, consultant,
CCD, accounts, management and site team to insure
that materials will be delivered on time.

In this period I work mainly as design engineer, but
also I worked as consultant, shop drawings and as
site engineer.
I have good experience in the design of all low
voltage(power and lighting) and low current
systems.
In design I got a great experience in hospitals
electrical design.
