- Accountable for the overall success and execution of the Client Engineering team in the local Market or Country, from the staffing developing and retaining of skilled teams through the quality of the overall execution and the follow-on sales they drive.
- Measured by the volume of successful technical projects completed at relevant clients and the business outcomes they drive.
- Combine knowledge of Client Engineering / Garage method, “3 P’s” (IBM Cloud Platform (RH OpenShift and IBM Cloud), IBM Cloud Pak, IBM Professional Services, and Infrastructure), IBM sales ecosystem, and understanding of client adoption patterns.
- Evangelize the Client Engineering vision within the Market; work with HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure successful staffing & execution of high performing and diverse Client Engineering teams (both dedicated and shared); maintain the pipeline of talent to ensure no disruptions in Client Engineering staffing; and cultivate an agile culture focused on client success, continuous upskilling, and sharing of knowledge.
- Skills: Instana, Turbonomic, OpenShift, RHEL, DB2, AIX, WebSphere, IBM ACE, IBM MQ, IBM WSRR, IBM Cloud Pak.
• Propose solutions to optimize cloud spend to public cloud.
• Pre-sales & generate intelligent & better outcomes for clients.
• Contribute to SoWs, technical project roadmaps, etc.
• Participate in technical reviews.
• Continually augment skills and learn new tech as the technology and client needs evolve.
• Skills: AWS, GCP, Solutions Architect.
•Create Infrastructure and DevOps solution design and related documentations based on business requirements.
• Designs and implements solution based on Architectural best practices and Cloud Public Well Architected Framework.
• Provide standard for sizings of Infrastructure based on containerization platform.
• Estimate solution creation effort and detail activities.
• Transfer knowledge to user such development team, product team, internal team on
new/update solution.
• Work closely with development team & internal team related for automation CI/CD and
problem solved apps migration.
• Have responsibility for migration All Application related digital system from on-premises to
Containerization Platform on cloud.
• Have responsibility change method of deployment from manual to automation using CI/CD.
• Have responsibility create monitoring (hardware, services & logs) for all application related
digital systems.

ACHIEVEMENT PROJECT:
• Migration Digital Transformation Application into Containerization Platform (Docker Swarm & Kubernetes).
• Migration Monitoring System into Prometheus, Grafana and ELK.
•Responsible for the process of migrating to the cloud.
• Architecting and designing for Cloud Technologies.
• Developing a cloud strategy and coordinating the adaptation process
ACHIEVEMENT PROJECT:
• Migration Microservice Application to Google Cloud Platform into Google Kubernetes Engine, Google Compute Engine, Google Container Registry, Google Cloud Storage, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Google CloudSQL.
• Migration Monitoring System to Public Cloud Monitoring using Datadog. Skills: GCP, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Solutions Architect, DevOps, Kubernetes.
