I am responsible for developing a wide range of the research and software development tasks of my MSc dissertation on a contract basis, as well as investigating errors to reproduce issues and develop software fixes.
Responsibilities for my position at Amazon include forklift operation and TDR (Trailer Dock Release). I make sure the trucks are safely secured to the dock and all gear is stable and operational. It consists of a variety of tasks including unloading trucks, stowing pallets in reserve racks and then eventually picking and packing items for dispatch.
