• One of the launching team who helped the company in mobile VAS-IN for preparation to a successful launch in a proper way
• Finishing installation, implementation and creation of eServ IN system. Understood the IN solution, achieve the suitable dimensions, Following up the system from a to z and introduce the right solutions for the most problems during all periods. Following up with the vendor the installation of HW, SW, configuration, integration and finishing all the services
• In charge for planning and implementation of Nokia OSC (rating engine for all data services), handling all responsibilities of the system from a to z, achieve the suitable dimensions, discover many critical problems and introduce solutions for them, effective decision maker, following up with the vendor the installation of HW, SW, configuration, integration and finishing all the services in the best way
• In charge for planning of charging and billing section of WiFi project by study the project, specify the RFI, RFP, RFQ, attend all meetings regards the project with vendors, being effective part to select the suitable vendor
• In charge for installation and implementation of Nokia CG (charging gateway) by understanding the system and following up installation of HW, SW, configuration, integration
• Well Understanding the functionality of all related nodes like MSC, HLR, SMSC, MMSC, RBT, GGSN, Content Portal, SIM Portal, NPM, HPSA and all other 3rd parties.
• Excellent Understanding of whole IN design (Charging, signalling, interfaces, applications, Call flow, USSD, UCB, IVR, SMS, GPRS, MMS, Contents, RBT, Push email, black berry, MPOS, PI, Recharges, Tariff planning, SMS GUI, DB, tracing….).
• Introduce all our IN services like: most known prepaid services, Booster call, Booster messaging, sponsor call, top up recharge, SMS recharge, direct recharge, credit card recharge, sub accounts, sub balances, carrier selection, promotions, transfer account, bundle services…).
• One of the launching team who helped the company in preparation for the successful launch.

Involve in Instillation and deployment of all core network entities: IN, MSC, HLR, SGSN, GGSN, SMSC and MMSC.
Taking the responsibility of whole operation and maintenance for IN Systems.
Capacities upgrade of IN Platform with the Engineer in charge of the Platform.
Upgrade of IN Platform -to a newer version-within sun server system with the Engineer in charge of the Platform.
• Changing the IN from sun server to HP server for upgrading purpose.
• In charge of ATP for IN and RBT Huawei platforms.
• Responsible for 3rd parties and projects related to IN (Excellent finishing, arrangement and understanding of new subsystems and projects).
• Excellent understanding of most IN service.
• Excellent understanding of the IN calls processing and signalling message.
• Excellent understanding of IN operation & maintenance.
• Excellent understanding of Huawei IN platform and all services related to it.
• Excellent knowledge of RBT, SMAP application, DB and charging matrix of Huawei IN platform.
• Contact Marketing to release new service.
• Back office & customer care support.
• Troubles follow up: Facing many problems & solving them.
• Good skills in using Tektronix K1205 protocol analyzer.
• Excellent understanding of GSM.
• Good knowledge in UNIX OS.
