Main Duties:
- Identifying the company’s needs from the employees and qualified personnel on the
basis of strategic planning and development plan prepared at the beginning of each
year.
- Preparing the manpower plan and budget.
- Updating the salary’s scale annually in line with the market’s, maintain our existing
competencies and attract the required ones.
- Preparing job descriptions for the posts required in coordination with relevant
departments.
- Coordinate the training courses between the company and the training centers, as per
the management vision and work requirements.
- Using social media such as Facebook and LinkedIn to look for talented staff, and
announcing the available vacancies in addition to employing official newspapers and
recruitment websites such as bayt.com, monster gulf and akhtaboot ….etc.
- Handling the recruitment process of the Arab countries and Philippines, India,
Pakistan, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
- Filtering CVs as per the job description and management requirement.
- Preparing and proceeding with all the recruitment procedures.
- Contacting recruitment agencies and our candidates, in order to provide the parties
with securities needed to start recruitment procedures.
- Supervising the new employee’s procedures from approval date until Joining Date
with providing all the support and assistance.
- Supervising the internal procedures for the new employees (Orientation, open file,
attendance card, Insurance card, Iqama procedures ...).
- Medical Insurance Officer.
Contribute to the preparation of the recruitment budget and the manpower plan
- Handling the Recruitment process of Arab countries and Philippines, India,
Pakistan, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
- Filtering CVs as per the management requirement.
- Providing human expertise required by the administration, through our company's
databases or through recruitment agencies.
- Preparing and proceeding with all the recruitment procedures.
- Contacting the recruitment agencies and our candidates, in order to provide the
parties with securities needed to start recruitment procedures.
- Supervising the new employee’s procedures from approval date until Joining Date
with providing all the support and assistance.
- Supervising the internal procedures for the new employees (Orientation, open file,
attendance card, Insurance card, Iqama procedures ...)
- Coordinate the training courses between the company and the training centers, as per
the career path and the management vision.
- Administer employee's relations with external parties such as Bank, Embassy and
other governmental entities.
- Supervising Personnel Department (Disciplinary and Grievance, Time Attendance,
Experience Certificates, Health Insurance ….
Explaining company’s personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or
job applicants.
- Processing, verifying, and maintaining documentation relevant to personnel activities
such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and
classifications.
- Recruiting: (Posting of Job Vacancies, Screening and short listing the Applications,
Preparing Offer Letter and Appointment Letter for the Selected Candidates,
Preparing formal documents ….).
- Conducting Exit Interviews.
- Administering employee’s relations with external parties such as Banks and
Embassies.
- Providing orientation for new employees.
- Providing solutions and suggestions for upper management with regards to
employee’s issue.
- Assisting in performance appraisal implementation.
- Handling resigned employees.
- Communicating with employees and trying to solve their problems.
- Assisting in different HR projects such as satisfaction survey and updating job
descriptions.
Assisting in the recruitment process through reviewing the applications and
interviewing job applicants.
- Handling leaves and vacation notices.
- Preparing employees’ reports as needed.
- Assisting in annual performance appraisal.
- Coordinating with universities to attract trainees for recruitment purposes.
- Managing induction of new employees.
