• Responsible for all the recruitment cycle through to the on boarding process
• Support HR Manager on the roll out & implementation of the performance management process
• Training & Development across the organization
• Manage transactional elements of HR including HR reporting, updating employee’s data
• Coordinate and prepare on boarding plan for all new hires.
• Responsible for HR data analysis such as staff turnover rate, training analysis to manage team in an effective way
• Make recommendations where appropriate regarding improvements to existing policies, procedures and systems.
• Responsible for Employee engagement and relations
• Develop a good working relationship with other departments and all employees.
• Responsible for fulfilling existing vacancies opportunities to ensure the recruitment & hiring process is in line with the manpower plan & company budget.
• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
• Keep an updated database of current CVs through head hunting, employment fairs and online job posting.
• Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
• Quickly source active and passive candidates through a variety of methods such as social media, external job boards, professional networking, direct sourcing
• Work with hiring managers to identify current and future technical talent needs, develop and execute recruiting plans, and research and present unique recruiting strategies
• Develop and implement successful sourcing strategies
• Build networks and develop a pipeline of qualified talent through social media, professional organizations, and college and university partnerships
• Post openings using social media, professional organizations, job advertisements, and recommend other appropriate venues as needed
• Attend career fairs and give presentations about our company
• Maintain effective relationships between Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers to provide superior and efficient placement of future employees
• Updates the Recruitment metrics on monthly basis to measure the On Time and Recruitment Quality of hiring
• organize and update employee’s files
• Responsible for issuing and delivering employee ID, bank card and medical insurance to employees
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
• Conduct exit interviews and turnover analysis report.
• Assist in screening CV’s
• Sell telecommunications products and services to both individuals & corporate.
• Direct selling, cross selling Etisalat products & services to retail customers to achieve sales targets.
• Handling inquires of retail walk-in customers
• Interact cross functionally with other departments to solve customers' complaints & problems
• Develop and build a good rapport with customers
• Keep all files updated and in order
