• Dealing with a variety of customers such as Emirates Steel Industries-Abu Dhabi, Lafarge Cement Factory-Fujairah, Veolia Water Solutions-Ajman, Qatar Steel-Doha, etc…
• Managing all maintenance services and contracts of the customers.
• Preparing all the technical invoices of the customers.
• Preparing the annual service plans of the service contracts.
• Travelling for abroad meetings.
• Follow up all the tenders and pre-studies of the projects.
• Supervision for all the installations, erections and commissioning of the projects.
• Reporting to the Managing Director, and all managing partners of the company.
• Following up the sales and marketing activities.
• Direct contact with our mother company in Sweden (Haugen System) partners in DISAB vacuum technology.
Accomplishments:
• Implementing and commissioning of a vacuum piping system of 6 KM length at Emirates Steel phase 1 and phase 2.
• Implementing and commissioning of a vacuum piping system of 500M length at Oman Cement in Muscat.
• Project Manager for one project at Veolia Water Solutions in Ajman, removing of 6000 tons of media stones from the SAF tanks using vacuum technology.
• Designing and implementation of Tadweer Waste Treatment 3rd Phase 2011 consisting of 6 sorting production lines with capacity of 25tons/hr/line.
• Designing of Tadweer Master Plan.
• Execution of all steel structure fabrication works.
• Execution of all steel structure erection works.
• Following up the maintenance schedule with Head of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
• Assisting the BD team with new ideas to improve the business.

Company Profile: Tadweer Waste Treatment is the first company specialized in such work in the Middle East region and one of the largest projects in the world. Tadweer Waste Treatment is responsible for the solid waste management of Dubai which makes separation for many kinds of materials including paper, cardboard, aluminum cans, films, plastics (PET, HDPE, ..), and others.
Achievements and Responsibilities:
• Implementation of all steel structure works of the project.
• Preparing cutting lists.
• Preparing fabrication and erection shop drawings using AutoCAD 2008.
• 3D designing for steel structure using Solidworks software.
• 3D designing for several machines used in the production process.
• Reading, preparing, and scanning the full AutoCAD drawings of the plant.
• Check drawings for accuracy including dimensions.
• Monitoring the fabrication work of the steel in its place.
• Monitoring the erection progress.
• Supervision and coordination of works.
Accomplishments:
• Implementing all the steel structure works of Tadweer Waste Treatment 2nd Phase 2009 of the sorting line in a period of 8 months.
