• Involved RMA (Receive Material Arrive) for all part.
• Responsible liaise with vendor (Huawei) to provide Spare for any part failure related to Huawei.
• Performed successful and fast analysis for general problems, customer complaints and network performance issues.
• Coordination with project management and operation team for scheduled plans.
Networks Engineer:
• Creates plans and drawings detailing the layout of routers, circuits, cables, switches, or other telecommunications equipment.
• Solve the technical problems of the telecommunication systems.
• Communicate with the vendors to provide suggestions on negotiations.
• Maintain system logs and manuals to document testing and operation of equipment.
• Visit sites when needed to solve problems regarding communicating devices.
