Adjusting recipes of Items, which led to saving 82K sar monthly.

Reduce return wastage percentage from 24% to 7%. (Saving more than 350K per month).

Coordinate with purchase department to find best deals inside and outside kingdom (supplying from China, Italy, Jordan…).
