Responsible to collect and analysis the data for over 4500 project across the Riyadh region. As a member of the Follow Up Program in Royal Commission for Riyadh City, we are tracking over 65 government entities’ projects in order to develop a comprehensive report to the regional council headed by the prince to show overall development status in Riyadh, And to provide completed, accurate convenient timing information about cash flows and the result of those flows for programs and projects of entities participating in the program within range Riyadh city and its governorates.

•Issuance of purchase orders to procurement management.
•Keep stores' records and follow-up storage day-to-day operations.
•Propose promotive and curative and preventive measures that will improve the performance of the work in the stores.
•Take Appropriate decisions as to how the storage process in accordance with the nature of the items.
•A periodic inventory of the stores every three months and raising copies of it to the departments concerned.
•Submit a periodic status report to the departments concerned.
• Keep the procedures and processes and models for the work of stores such as quality private conduct stores records.
