1. Planning :
- Formulate strategic integrated logistics operation plan (including shorebase and transportation scheme) in coordination with internal Logistics function to support drilling and production fields
- Lead & decide strategic logistics contractual strategy including but not limited to scheduling, method, scheme, etc.
- Coordinate with related departments for Logistics strategic operation planning & contractual strategy
- Analyzing market research for Logistic needs
- Obtain technical Management approval, shareholders approval, and Government approval for Logistics operation plan
- Formulate Logistics Annual Procurement Plan (new/revision)
- Manage & decide Logistics contracts schedule
- Monitoring implementation of Logistics strategic planning & future of Logistic contractual strategy

2. Contracts Management :
- Lead Logistics tender execution since preparation until award
- Develop optimum Logistics tender Scope of Work, Schedule of Rates, and KPI in coordination with internal Logistics function
- Responsible to obtain Logistics budget approval from Government and shareholders
- Lead Logistics tender preparation including preparation of Owner Estimate, Scope of Work, Schedule of Rates, KPI, and other required documents for tender, including but not limited to improvement of Scope of Work and other documents for optimum operation and cost effectiveness
- Manage & monitor Contractor performance and evaluation including safety, health, and environment aspect and capability to fulfil contract requirements
- Manage & lead coordination meeting between Contractor and related parties including but not limited to managing claims
- Decide to issue warning letter to Contractor based on Contractor performance evaluation
- Manage & monitor contract performance including amendment or termination/close out
- Empowering local vendors

3. Budget & Cost Management
- Responsible for obtaining Logistic Technical approval from Government
- Lead Logistics budget preparation & approval from Government, Management, and shareholders
- Manage Logistics spending as per approved budget and contract / SO / PO.
- Lead & decide the verification of invoice submitted by Contractors / Suppliers for assurance that it is processed with complete supporting document, comply to Contract / SO / PO and provide justifiable supporting document for deduction (if needed)
- Strategic analysis for potential cost saving in Logistic
- Responsible for audit finding in any area of financial aspects of logistic operation

4. Support Drilling Operation
- Lead Logistics in drilling preparation to provide integrated Logistics services and supplies
- Lead Logistics in drilling operation to ensure smooth logistics operation to support drilling operation in coordination with internal function
- Close coordination with Drilling team in daily basis
- Provide problem solving for logistics services and supplies requirements
