I currently work as a site engineer in RAFAL tower, the highest residential tower in Riyadh : 2 Basements (22000 m2 each) +6 podium floors (18000 m2 each) + 60 floors (2000 m2 each, KEMPINSKI hotel and Residential apartments).
• Produce the required shop drawings & material for the execution of the Project.
• Supervise the Mechanical site teams (air conditioning, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems).
• Ensure that proper MEP coordination is carried out.
• Provide plans to Site Teams.
• Ensure that the execution follows the approved drawings and prepare required RFI’s.
• Supervise Testing & Commissioning process
• Comply with the HSE and Quality Policies.
• Finalize handing over with As Built Drawings.
• Coordinate and obtain approvals from consultant.
• Estimation and Pricing for new coming projects.
• Calculate the Fire Fighting Hydraulic Calculation for a new project (SAHAFA Tower)
I have worked on two projects (Al-Bayan international school, 27500 m2 in Beirut, Lebanon and 6 typical villas, 450 m2 each in Chouf, Lebanon), within these two years my part time work has been divided into two parts (i worked as an autocad draftsman, and on helping the site teams to install the AHU's, the central hot water system, pumps and other equipments as per the material submittal).
• Produce the mechanical shop drawings for Air Conditioning and Plumbing Systems.
• Manage the installations of Mechanical Equipments.
