movements, complete their pre-registration formalities. Allocating rooms to all arriving guests
after checking the guest preferences. Collecting guest feedback forms and do any possible first
hand service recovery steps...
• Doing administrative tasks such as handeling mails and answering phone calls
•Assisting the clients and advising them in the process on product selection
•Making sure that the items is delivered as programmed in deadline
•Ensuring the arrangement of the exhibition hall in order to provide a clean shopping
•Pushing the sales with the promoters in order to achieve the showroom target
