Location: The Pearl, Qatar.
Project Description: Residential 2 Towers (G+3P+A+15F+2PH, Post Tension System).
Project Value: Approx. 280 million QAR.
“EZDAN CENTRAL PARK”
Location: Al Wukair, Qatar.
Project Description: The Project consist of 2 areas/parks; Park 1 (174, 000 m2) consists 6 blocks with 37 building and Park 2 (126, 000 m2) consist 4 blocks with 24 buildings (B+G+3F) and 1 mosque.
Project Value: N/A.
“VIVA BAHRIA-24 TOWER”
Location: The Pearl, Qatar.
Project Description: Residential Tower (2B+G+23F, Post Tension System, Precast Concrete Cladding).
Project Value: Approx. 250 million QAR.
“PLACE VENDOME MALL”
Location: Lusail, Qatar.
Project Description: Shopping mall + 3Hotels, Area: approx. 190, 000 m2.
Project Value: Approx. 1.25 billion USD.
“MOZOON TOWERS”
Location: Dafna, Qatar.
Project Description: Four Residential/hotel Towers (5B+G+ Deferent no. of floors for every tower).
Project Value: Approx. 400 million QAR (Only for structural works).
“AL WAAB COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT”
Location: Al Waab, Doha, Qatar.
Project Description: The Project consist of 9 commercial and residential buildings; 5 buildings with (B+G+M+3F+R) and the other 4 buildings with (B+G+3F+R).
Project Value: Approx. 243 million QAR.
“JUMANA 2 TOWER”
Location: The Pearl, Qatar.
Project Description: Residential Tower (4B+G+22F, Post Tension System), Area: 72, 709 m2.
Project Value: N/A.
• Responsibilities:
- Performing the daily site inspection and ensure that all the works are as per the project specification and approved drawings.
- Reviewing the project submittals such as drawings, method statement, material submittals, etc. in compliance with the project specification and IFC drawings.
- Witnessing the 3rd party testing at the site or laboratory and deciding the acceptance of these tests results.
- Make Coordination between different disciplines drawings.
- Reply all structural inquiries and RFI’s requested by the contractor.
- Attend and participate all the site technical and progress meetings.
- Reviewing the Interim Payment Reports and actual site progress percentages submitted by contractor.
- Prepare site progress reports.
- To closely monitor the delivery of equipment and materials on-site.
Projects: "FUTURE CITY" Location: Cairo, Egypt. Project Description: Residential Compound (130 Residential Buildings, G+5F), Area: approx. 3, 300, 000 m2. Project Value: N/A.
•Responsibilities:
-Performing the daily site inspection and ensure that all the works are as per the project specification and approved drawings.
-Witnessing the 3rd party testing at the site or laboratory and deciding the acceptance of these tests results.
-Reviewing the Interim Payment Reports and actual site progress percentages submitted by contractor.
-Prepare site progress reports.
-To closely monitor the delivery of equipment and materials on-site.
Responsibilities:
-Designing steel structural members and connections as per AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction).
