We are hiring to built a new Factory for ALSTOM POWER inside King Abdullah Economic City, Which is the first factory in the middle east such like that and cost around 100M US .Morewise, the main activities for my is:
1-Controlling and follow up with civil subcontractor to finalize the foundation for steel columns in the right way.
2-Supervise and controlling the steel structure material when it was under the fabrication & sandwich panels By (ALZAMIL).
3-Arranging method of statement and ITP for the erection of steel and sandwich panel .
4-Controling and supervise the erection subcontractor to apply the right way of erection plane.
5-Inspect all the work which was done by steel and investigate to achieve the required codes .
6-Revise all the design drawing before proceed .
7-Installing Internal over head cranes with it's steel structure independently than the main steel and installing Gantry Crane with runway railing about 280m.
8-arranging with document control all necessary As built drawing, ITP's, Method of Statement and RFI's for handing over the project to ALSTOM ARABIA .

Works was in Power Plant No.10 Phase II, which were under construction for the Combined Cycle and the main Activity:
1-Review All Design Drawing Before any Fabrication order .
2- Supervise all the erection subcontractors and construct some of the work under my direct team of site engineer, Qc, Supervisor, Foremen and qualified labors .
3-Recicev the material which arrive to site and had did check list for any damage or wrong fabrication .
4- The Main Respnsibility which was forward it to me, to control all the steel structure which were contains of :
A-Main Turbine Buildings as well as to insure that over head cranes girders are done in the right way.
B-All the Sheds of the mechanical Equipment's such like Fuel management skid, Air processing units, ....ETC.
C-All the required louvers as intake louvers and Ventilation louvers.
D-All Parking Sheds.
5-Have own team to did any type of modification or repairing for the steel whatever.
6-Controling all equipment which were work under my department authority such like Mobile Cranes Malifts, Forklifts and Truck trailers.
7-Coordinat with engineering office for any site modification or as built and with store or procurement for any purchase order .

1-Have team to did usual maintenance for the offices as E/M group
2-Any Extension for offices either the factory required was done by our construction team under my supervision.
3-Installing the structure of the over head crane, the runway rails, the bus bar, testing commissioning and Preparing maintenance schedule under supervision of CESAN CRANE COMPANY .
4-Built Plane for Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all of the Machine of the Factory and applied it.
5-Corrdinate with Machine supplier for any trip for the machine which are under vailed warranty .
7-Always checking the availability of the spare parts for the machines.
8-Corrdinate with QA to have our own manual for maintenance department incase of auditing or any inspection either to keep recording for our data base .

Construction and erection For Power Plant (Piping, Steel Structure) And coordinate with Engineering, Store Material, QA/QC, client, Consultant and DIRECTING A Foremen and supervisor and other junior engineers.
