I'm responsible for the daily samples Proximate analysis, and Quality Assurance Management, through my Academic Qualification, and Work Experience in this field Using High Technology Instruments.
The proximate analysis is a qualitative method to determine different macro-nutrients in feed. Basically, it is the partition of feed compounds into six categories by mean of common chemical analysis properties.
Sample Preparation
NIR's spectroscopy Analysis. (Protein, Moisture, Fat, Ash, Starch, Crude Fiber)
Wet-Chemical Analysis which include:
-Crude Protein, (CP)
-Chloride,
-Crude Ash (CA), and Moisture (crude water)
-Minerals Analysis ( Cl, Ca)
-Phosphorous.
