Projects which I worked on include working as a member of the customers’ Software upgrade unit
on projects for many US based companies including NOVO (healthcare), Coca-Cola, Air France, GE,

customers from old versions to the latest versions. Our testing activates included checking the
entry criteria and preparing the customer configurations and test plan document, creating and
updating test cases and execute them, comparison testing between the pre-and upgraded

and retested to verify the fixes as well as doing regression testing. For some clients, we performed
User acceptance testing (UAT)if applicable.
