• Calibration fluid rate/fluid volume and pressure for stimulation job using
• PDAS(pumping data acquisition system) and monitor through laptop for the reading.
• Calibration fluid rate/fluid volume, N2 rate/volume, depth/speed, weight electronic gauge and wellhead/circulating pressure using ORION IV system for coil tubing unit (NOV).
• Troubleshoot for any electronic faulty parts which is related to ORION IV.
• Calibration fluid rate/fluid volume, N2 rate/volume, depth/speed, weight electronic gauge and wellhead/circulating pressure using MEDCO system for coil tubing unit(TITAN).
• Troubleshoot for any electronic faulty parts which is related to MEDCO.
• Function test all electronic instruments calibration accuracy such depth encoder, fluidwell (F110), NUFlow MCIII analyzer.
• Soldering all the connector for amphenol / Jupiter to a data cable.
• Prepare unit which loadout for zone 2 such as junction box, amour cables, spotlights etc
• Inventory on electronic parts and instrument such as magnetic pickup, depth encoder, data cable, connector (amphenol), zone 2 plug for 200Vac to 240Vac, pressure transducer (viatran 4-20mA)
• Assist operator in running test for pumping unit for calibration using PDAS (horse power test, circulation test & flow test).
• Assist field operator in running test for coil tubing using MEDCO/NOV (spooling coil, BOP test, injector (pull in and pull out), flow / pressure test for tubing, etc)
• Prepare a daily reports on activities for any calibration or commissioning.
• Maintenances on all electrical and electronic equipment by daily checkup list.
Maintains all instrumentation on all equipment in accordance with operating
specifications. Conducts Instrumentation inspections.
Review procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification
accuracy. Configure test stations and system
Analyze and interpret data from environmental tests and troubleshoot
equipment problems
Analytical ability to find solutions to difficult technical problems.
Prepare equipments (DAU-Data Acquisition Unit) which is ready for a job in
offshore.
Schedules maintenance equipment
Calibration test using 3305, Microplex, Visiplex, (to calibrate pressure,
flows, depths and density) for any coil tubing equipment.
Calibration using softwareJobmaster to monitoring (coil tubing units and
cementing activities)
Compliance with HS&E policies and procedures
Have attend BIOSIET (sea survival)
Have attend basic training for instrument level 1
Troubleshoot and calibration test using instrument (transducer
voltage/current, 60 tooth gear, depth encoder & simulator) for coil tubing rail,
coil tubing mini coil, coil tubing unit control cabin, coil tubing pump, coil
tubing injector (forelectronic and electrical part)
Calibration test the instruments for inspection by third party.
Assist third party on installation for any electrical parts following the
procedure.
Went to offshore (Sumandak Alpha & Delta) troubleshoot of
electronic/electrical part forBatchmixerPyroban (3 GP System)& control
cabin unit.
Prepare some faulty reports after troubleshoots from rig (simple report data
on faulty instruments related)
Assist field operator on testing and running pump using DAU.
• Identify the link problem from E1 diagram and troubleshoot (1st level)
• Doing commissioning and download software at site for BTS using NMC-522
• Troubleshoot for the 1st level for electronic equipment- DIB-500 R4 (Rohde & Schwarz equipment)
• Use a command in telnet or putty to check the conditions of the networks (Tetra Networks)
• Doing Preventive Maintenances and Site Maintenance (equipment)
• Installation for VSAT and cube equipment for transmission
• Download and installing SUSE LINUX software for base station
• Assist and supervise contractor at site for rectification and corrective maintenance.
• To monitoring and ensure the network in Eastern Region using telnet system, NMC client, SQL & Netviewer
• Troubleshoot for all the electrical equipment’s for maintenance (Example: genset, rectifier, Base stations). Check for the voltage output and input.
• Supervision contractor for site acceptance follow specification given (CME audit and BTS/Link audit.)
• Installing and configure for the IDU (Indoor Unit) using Nokia & Siemens software (SRAL-XD) and ODU (Outdoor Unit) using Nokia & Siemens software refer to the frequency specifications used.
• Executing of plan event (example : drive test, test call, supervise contractor)
• Troubleshoot link for microwave using test gear (Power Meter, Site Master.)
