Coordinated and scheduled personnel to proper locations to achieve smooth and efficient project completion. Performed air emission tests for client USEPA permit compliance, operations performance tuning and diagnostic test. Perform maintenance and calibrations on testing equipment. Prepared testing and on-site laboratory equipment for use at job sites. Learned various USEPA methodology i.e. controlled condensate, flow, gas, mercury, moisture, and particulate.
Key Results:
Supervised Dry Sorbent Injection (DSI) performance testing for one unit of a major power plant.
Supervised flow relative accuracy test audit (RATA) for four units of a municipal power plant.
Performed sulfuric acid mist (SO3/H2SO4) emissions test, NCASI Method 8A. Also performed an on-site analysis of sulfuric acid mist concentration via titration.
Performed flow relative accuracy test audit (RATA) utilizing USEPA Methods 1 and 2.
Performed mercury - mitigation performance tests on a pulse jet fabric filter outlet for three units of a major power plant.
Executed 250 titrations for on-site performance results and played the role as lead chemist, establishing leadership and trustworthiness with Mostardi Platt management.
