I am working as an insurance sales officer, providing bank insurance services to customers, also working on day-to-day bank-related tasks including cheque filling, deposit/withdrawal slip filling, account opening, providing bank products services and secure investment planning of customers.
My responsibilities were to listen to the customer’s problems and provide solutions according to Bank policies, making entries in the register record, handling phone calls, taking messages over the phone, fill statement applications from the customers, check the social security cards of customers and take the Biometric verification.
During my undergraduate studies, I developed a keen understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and consumer behavior. My experiences included in-depth analyses of sales strategies and marketing campaigns, enhancing my passion for these fields. This educational background has equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in sales and marketing roles.
