1-Participated in the preparing of project’s technical specifications, checklists, progress, flash reports and the quality plan prior to starting the site works.
2-Review and approve method statements and prequalification submitted by the sub-contractors.
3-Carry out daily inspections for New Capital-1 Bridge (Concord), New Capital-2 Bridge (Arab Contractors), New Capital-3 Bridge (Concord), New Capital-2 Station Bridge (HARB), Arts and Culture City Station (HAC), Nativity Cathedral Station (Redcon and Concrete Plus JV) and Central Station (SIAC).
4-Check for all quality-related procedures in the site and ensures activities at the site are as per approved detail design, shop drawings and method statements.
5-Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities.
6-Coordinate and liaise with the owner, consultant and sub-contractors’ representatives for inspections and meetings about quality problems.
7-Taking care of QA/QC documents of the project including certificates, calibrations, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction, materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
8-Present and share the lessons learned with the team in the QA/QC weekly meeting.
9-Whiteness external tests of the materials at the approved third-party laboratories.

2-Coordination for DPU (diversion of public utilities) with the relevant stakeholders, the owner and the consultant representatives and preparing the necessary drawings and presentations.
