Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning, managing, and directing Unified Real Estate Development (URED) construction services in terms of project management.
• Develop standardized policies, processes, approaches, and tools for the Construction Services function in line with URED strategic direction and objectives.
• Develops the Construction Services business plan, budget and resources while ensuring alignment with URED overall strategy and direction.
• Ensure effective management of project construction from construction, testing, commissioning and hand-over which covers project management planning, cost management, time management, quality management, and risk management
• Conduct formal status meetings and prepare periodical progress report to management in order to ensure that the project remains on time and within allocated budgets.
• Monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.
• Ensure that the required technical standards of regulatory, safety, environment, and security are implemented on the project site.
• Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to department's employees to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies. And ensure effective and efficient flow of work, and ensure all employees recognize their fundamental role in the department.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• To manage the site on a day to day basis that includes monitoring the labor force and subcontractors.
• Prepare project documents, contracts, invoices and reports as required and according to URED policies and procedures.
• To ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specifications, and contractor is working as per the drawings.
• Following up with government relation regarding sewer, water, electricity, civil defense and municipality related issues.
• Communicate any problems on site with the Construction Manager, and have the ability to solve the problem on site.
Role: Client Representative
Scope: Finishing of a 2500 square meter residential building including 3 villas, with their infrastructure, landscape, home automation, security systems, central heating and cooling system.
Role: Client representative and supervision engineer
Scope: Construction and finishing of a 6400 square meter residential building including 28 apartments, with their all infrastructure.
Role: Contractor engineer
Scope:Construction of Al-Balqa' Applied University / Aqaba College - Phase 2; which consist of a 5000 square meter mixed development in addition to university gates and boundary walls of 1600 meter run.
Also Construction of 550 sq. m. tourism building in Wadi Rum.
Role: Contractor Engineer
Scope: Construction and finishing of a 4500 square meter residential building including 16 apartments, with their all infrastructure.
