Business Development/Operations/P&L

• In charge of growing averda's commercial business in the GCC region, in line with targeted and budgeted goals.
• Advising the COO on Business Development, Sales, and Operations strategies for the GCC region.

KPIS & Business Intelligence Reports

• Developed advanced systems to track each of the sales people activities on daily basis at the lead generation, pipeline, and renewed/lost contract and closed won contracts.
• Developed KPIS for Sales, Customer Service & Operations department at the GCC, Business Unit & Department Level to be utilized by the C-level executives.

Marketing & Customer Relationship Management

• Created high impact presentations customized by industry to enforce the Company brand.
• Coordinated with advertising agencies on marketing/advertising related topics.
• Developed an internet based lead generation system for prospective customers tailored by industry.
