- Works at customer site in the implementation, configuration, maintenance,
- Troubleshooting and Upgrade of Oracle Applications R12, Oracle MW
components (WebLogic, OID, etc...)
- Works with support to resolve Customers SRs.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions both within the Oracle team and to end users.
- Work closely with the functional team and delivery leaders to provide
engagements work estimates and drive excellence in functional work.
- Ensures that new services are appropriately captured and put in ACS
corporate repository
- Proactively maintains knowledge of Oracle’s current and future
products/solutions offerings for the specified Supply Chain area.
- Delivering high quality technical services to ACS customers.
- Ensuring adherence to internal methodology, tools and quality standards.
- Proactively foresee existing customer needs and activities to provide better support and remain engaged with customer focused activities
- Work with other Oracle LOBs and Partners to ensure that knowledge is
transferred both into and out of ACS, and act as technical Subject
Matter Experts where required
- Be focused on innovation and technology and understand how these can be used to benefit both customers and ACS
- Manage and resolve Customer Requests according to product main strategy and model.
- Respond and resolve customer issues within Key Performance Indicator targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of new products.
- Ensure the timely completion of planned proactive tasks and Customer
Requests.
- Owning and resolving problems and managing customer expectations
Throughout the life cycle in accordance with global standards.
- Working towards, adopting and contributing to new processes and tools (ODC, diagnostic methodology, health checks, scripting tools, etc.)
- Exadata engineered system patching.
- Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance (ZDLRA) implementations
• Contribution and achievements with Oracle ACS team:
- QPD: Contributed and took the lead on an Exa-Patching project with a customer that successfully resulted in updating the client’s environments on time with minimal down-time
- Took the lead on major Exa-Patching project (DR and Prod sites) for customer “Ageas” that included 4 DB nodes, 6 Storage cells, 4 IP switches, 105 databases, data guard and 2 RACs that were distributed between SAP and non-SAP databases.
- Creating a major Exadata configurations assessment including 21 nodes and the output of more than 25000 page for a customer data warehouse in 25 working days instead of 30 working.
- A customer project: including Active team member for more than 3 years in AM&R
o Patching the ODA to be at the same patch level of the primary
o Troubleshooting the Current DB problems & and issues until fixed.
o Creating Dataguard and switch back to the ODA
- Creating a security assessment of Oracle EBS 12.2.10 at the time I started a communication with managed security services team to enhance the process of a security assessment of Oracle EBS in our team.
- EBS upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.11 and DB upgrade from 12c to 19c
• Contribution with high customer impact:
